People whose Stress Test Score is 75-112, like you, typically experience these feelings:They feel pretty overwhelmed and stressed.It is likely that they have some productive and useful stress management coping skills, but also some less beneficial ways of handling the stress in life.It's likely that, if they knew more about how to do so, they could be more relaxed, organized and lead a more balanced life.They may be someone that worries a fair amount and feels out of control sometimes, (which they don’t like much, right?).They may procrastinate, feeling overwhelmed from having too much on their plate, and letting things pile up when they are under stress.The support people in their life are either not as supportive as they need, are burned out, or not being utilized as they could be. You are on the right path. Stress-related anxiety does not have to run your life - but it is a choice. If you do nothing with your stress, your mental health will suffer and statistics say that it will get worse.
