Your Inner Power is… INNOVATION
The Clever, Imaginative Scientist “Innovation is change that unlocks new value”Jamie NotterYou are creative, systematic, and enthusiastic. Your ability to overcome any obstacle is unparalleled. Your unique power helps you create your own path in your language journey. You can think through any situation, even if you don’t have a plan, and come to the right direction eventually. You know yourself really well as a language learner. The downside of this is you can spend more time refining your process than actually studying! The truth is, consistency with an imperfect process is going to help you more than perfecting your process. The Keys to Your Language Learning SuccessI want to share three important parts of your success plan to keep in mind.Make sure to read through each description carefully. Then, download the guide to put that plan into action and customize it to your needs.1. ClarityThe first key is all about getting clarity for yourself BEFORE you take action, not after. And for you, this means leaning into your imaginative spirit. You can start by asking yourself, “Which language am I most enthusiastic about, and why?”.The goal is not to edit your thinking. Instead, you want to allow the ideas to flow!2. PlanThe second key is focused on creating an action plan for yourself. Figure out what you want to be able to achieve and exactly what actions you will take to get there. You can look to your clarity brainstorm session for details on what came up for you and choose a goal from there. Then break it down into smaller steps. The goal here is to focus on CONSISTENT ACTION: What can you do to get one step closer to your goal? What routines can you create that will help you to improve even by 1%? 3. RefineThe third and final key to your language learning success is to refine your study routine. You’re already really good at this, so it shouldn’t be too much trouble. Lean into your ability to innovate, test your theories, and gather information. Take action, try out your plan, and pay attention to what’s working and what’s not working. Look back at your clarity and planning brainstorming ideas, and make changes if what you originally planned for yourself doesn’t match your new vision, or if your action steps didn’t help you get any closer to your goal.Language learning is a journey. There’s no one ‘right’ way to do it, only the way that works best for you. So the only way you’ll improve is by:1. Taking action and 2. Making changes when something isn’t working for you.Be strategic in your choices, and make decisions around what YOU need.“Innovation is the transformation of a dream into reality”UnknownBut first — let me introduce myself...Hello, hello 👋 I'm Bront'eThe Polyglot Fox Founder, Language Learning Coach, Gamer, book nerd, and super introvert. The year 2011 was the time when I first realized I wanted to learn languages, and that I was crazy passionate about it.I was the person who tried to get all of my friends to learn a language with me, and loved to share my love for languages with others....you could say I was a bit “pushy” at times with this enthusiasm. But, this passion is what started my journey to learning multiple languages, and gave me the opportunity to have so many amazing experiences in my life. Now, I’m not going to tell you that the journey was easy, because that would be a complete lie.It wasn’t even simple for me. I spent YEARS trying to figure out the best way to learn languages. And I’ve heard it all.“Use flashcards. It’s the only way to learn vocabulary.“Don’t watch cartoons to learn a language.”“Learn X language in X amount of time!”‘Don’t use X resource! It’s not going to help you learn languages.”And more...I’d become so overwhelmed with all of the different opinions of what I should and should not do, that I fell into a cycle of constantly starting and stopping my language studies.I would study for a few days with tons of motivation after watching my favorite YouTuber.… then I’d lose that motivation to continue. And since I wasn’t motivated, I felt like I had to ‘wait’ until the motivation struck again so I could get back into it.It felt like every time I started again, I was back at the beginning. It felt like I was making zero progress. The shift between that frustrating part of my life and where I am now didn’t happen quickly. But when I realized what I needed to do, everything became so simple.I was done trying what everyone else was doing, and I started to focus on figuring out what worked best for me.And this is why I do what I do.I want to make learning languages simple! It really doesn’t have to be complicated at all. So, I created my business to help other language learners like me, who are struggling to find their way, and are bombarded with information they are tired of hearing, and just want to make progress.Honestly, I’m so glad you are here, and I want you to know that I’m here to help.Ready to ditch the frustration and overwhelm, and start enjoying the language learning journey?Click the button below and I’ll send you tips for refining your study time for maximum benefit - and keeping consistent even when you’re not sure it’s working.(all straight to your inbox 💌)Talk with you soon!Bront'e SingletonThe Polyglot Fox
