  A system for daily operations? I don’t have time to set up anything so we kinda patch together what I’ve got.

  Around here, we live by the mantra: automate, delegate or delete. I’ve got so much time now that we’ve perfected our systems for marketing, sales, deliverables.

  I don’t really have consistent CEO time. And actually, when I finally sit down at my computer, I don’t get much done because I don’t know what to do.

  I’ve been getting better about working on my business, but I’m still seeing too many clients instead of maximizing my CEO time.

  My CEO time is super important. I won’t move it for anything. I’ve got a system for carving out time on my calendar and I’m super productive because I know what to do.

  Not really… I feel like I created this business by hustling so I don’t really know how to make a plan for the future.

  Social media followers? Email list subscribers? I don’t know exactly what to track or why these numbers even matter.

  I’ve started looking at some important business data. But I’m not sure I’m tracking the right things.

  I’m not even sure what my zone of genius is…. I do know that I wear a lot of hats and spending a lot of time doing tasks that aren’t enjoyable and could be done by someone else.

  I’m close to spending 60% of my time on the things only I can do in my company. It’s better than before but I’d love even more time in my zone of genius.

  Dude! I love my life! I spend more than 80% of my time in my zone of genius. Ever since I got clear on my strengths and vision, my company has grown by leaps and bounds.

  Hell no! I need to be working in the business all time or things will fall apart. I keep wondering when this will get easier.

  I’ve built some flexibility in my schedule and still want more. Honestly, I’m still working too many hours and giving into the whims of clients.

  I have a set number of hours for work, and my personal time is off-limits to work! I’m even able to take vacations and still hit financial goals.

  I’m basically in survival mode around here. I’m just trying to get through each day so there isn’t much time for extras like volunteering or giving back.
