  Connection Circles

  Connection Circles use a simple yet powerful 3-round format to explore what is present in us and share our experiences as humans in a safe and honest environment.Round 1: Check-ins: How are you arriving? The container is set by welcoming in everyone’s voice and naming what we are bringing in our bodies, minds and hearts.Round 2: Going Deeper: What is wanting to be expressed?Using simple and deep prompts, each person will have the space to share what is alive for them: What touches your heart? What are you struggling with? What needs a safe place to be shared? Your turn will end by receiving gifts of connection and appreciation for what you bring. You will also bear witness to others’ truths and practice the arts of compassionate listening and finding connection.Round 3: Check-outs: What are you taking away?There is much to be gained in our collective wisdom. We will leave the evening harvesting the riches of our shares and our witnessing.   Presence Playground

  Presence Playground is inspired by psychologist David Grove's "Clean Language." Each Playground offers the opportunity to practice specific active listening skills, focused on being in the Here and Now. Clean Inquiry is a means of growth and discovery - based on the idea that we often ask questions that come with our own frameworks or "maps" of meaning embedded within them. By contrast, "clean" questions attempt to create an open, non-assuming space of presence. In this space, the person receiving questions can come to a deeper awareness of their own experience - from their own maps of meaning. We also stay committed to the present moment and the hidden mysteries it reveals.We open and close the process with "What's here now?" and can discover beautiful insights about who we are and how we relate to others.Come play with us.

  Connection Games

  Connection Games events offer a mix of different activities at a faster pace, with each event organized around a specific topic for exploration. In pairs, small groups, and sometimes the full group, we will play a series of Authentic Relating games that are all about connection and discovery. They have structure, and they are also experimental!The structure part means: Each game has specific guidelines, which may feel unfamiliar at first. These are intended to gently nudge ourselves out of "autopilot" ways of relating with others, and in turn to find more curiosity, authenticity, and presence in our interactions. The experimental part means: Every event is different - and there's no right or wrong way to play. Hopefully in this process, you get to discover something new and exciting!

  Heart Lounge

  Heart Lounge is an space for our members to share what’s alive, to notice what is wanted and needed from moment to moment, and to practice making requests in service of deeper connection. At each event we will break into small groups and you'll have the opportunity to be witnessed as you speak from the Heart, as well as to witness others, through a compassionate listening presence. We follow a specific format that allows those in the spotlight to choose the response they'd like from their listener: pure listening, reflections or curiosity.We close the process with shares of connection and appreciation from the Heart. These events offer plenty of spaciousness and breathing room - and a deep, heart-centered vibe.

  Casual Connections

  Bring a tea or coffee, get comfortable and join us for a cozy couple of hours of Casual Connecting where the hope is that everyone leaves with their hearts a little more full.At Casual Connections, we offer a more unstructured vibe with spaciousness to explore a variety of topics. The focus is on conversations, not activities - and you are invited to be creative and choose your own experience!At each event, we start with a reminder of key Authentic Relating skills: owning our experience, practising curiosity, active listening, playing in our growth zone, and speaking our needs and desires, to name a few. We then transition to one or two unstructured breakout groups to allow space for whatever you feel called to bring to the table and share. *Recommended for those with some prior experience in Authentic Relating.
