You Got.....Reflexology
Wow! You are on fire. You work hard and play hard! When you have your sights on a dream or goal you will not give up until you get there. With your ambition and fire in your belly, others watch on in awe as you drive on to achieve all that you want. The opposite side of this coin is that you can neglect yourself often to hit those goals you have set for yourself. Exercise, sleep, and eating well can fly out the window when you are on a roll. And, with inflammatory arthritis, this is a big red flag. You need to mind yourself.Reflexology is what you need! It will help to bring about some balance in your body not to mention some well-earned relaxation. And here are those bonus tips that I promised you...1) Baths with aromatherapy saltsOne of the best ways to begin de-stressing immediately, giving your body the time it needs to heal. Baths can soothe pain and inflammation, relieve anxiety, improve circulation, and do lots more besides. Add in some aromatherapy bath salts and you are really onto a winner!2) BreatheOne of the easiest ways to calm the heart rate and help you feel in control is to focus on your breath. Simply place a hand on your chest, close your eyes, inhale for a count of 5 and exhale as deeply as possible. By focusing on your breath you will keep stress at bay as well as give yourself time to reset your nervous system. 3) Practice Saying "No"This one is for everyone but especially for the people pleasers amongst us. It can be difficult to say no. You might feel that you “owe” it to people to say yes or maybe you want to avoid the certain conflict that may come from saying no. But, If you are recharging your spoon number then doing an extra shift in work just may not be the best decision for you. It's time to put yourself first...surely you owe yourself too?Hey there, and welcome- I’m Aisling 👋. I’m a mum of 2 and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2016. Simple things like holding a steering wheel, wearing nice shoes, brushing or washing my hair, peeling vegetables, typing, and sometimes just sitting, standing, or lying in the same position for extended periods of time caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. Does any of this sound familiar to you?I have a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Biopharmaceutical Science👩🏻🎓. I wholeheartedly believe that medication💉 is necessary for the management of my disease and preventing joint damage. BUT, sometimes it’s just not enough for me. I need something extra to make me feel better. Some of the ways that I have used the holistic techniques that I share in my programs are to👉 keep stress and anxiety low 👉 try to dampen the pain and stiffness in between painkillers because sometimes 4 hours until the next dose can feel like a lifetime 👉 help calm a nauseous stomach from both pain and medication side effects👉 carry me through a cloud of fatigue when all I wanted to do was sleep 👉 stay positive which can be really hard when dealing with a chronic illness.👉 help with clearing congestion from sinus infections that I have become more prone to.If you are looking to explore natural and holistic ways to support your medical journey with inflammatory arthritis, then you’re in the right place. With my guidance, you can expect to build your inflammatory arthritis toolkit which includes aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, lymphatic drainage massage, gua sha, EFT, and more ✨🙌Not sure where to get started? 1) Book a 15-minute FREE consultation with yours truly.
