I prefer to hide in the background and not draw too much attention to my work. It doesn't feel safe to be seen for my gifts & abilities

I'm often out in front because I'm fast and I work hard, I'm not completely sure where I'm going though (and would hate anybody to find that out!)

I find that people often look to me for direction, but I am hesitant because it feels like a lot of pressure to perform. I would like to step up more, but I also don't want to be judged or misunderstood.

I take my ability to lead seriously because I can see a vision that is greater than what others see for themselves. I find I'm the one that takes the greatest load, as I seem to be the one that can withstand the most amount of pressure.

I feel like I'm stuck in safe mode, I can get paid for what I'm good at - but not what I really love and want to do.

I get awesome results for the right people, but I'm still a little unsure exactly who they are. It would be nice to get a bit more clarity around who I can help and how.
I feel really confident that the majority of people who come to see me get amazing results. But I also know, there would be more of them if I just backed myself a bit more!
I have absolute conviction in my ability to serve my clients with skill, and I have a skilled mentors and supervisors who help me when I have challenges with my clients
