Will you be participating in other activities in addition to JonesFit programming? (ie running, boxing, cycling, martial arts, yoga, etc.)
on occasion, but not consistently
How many years of experience do you have with fitness or working out consistently?
under one year
Do you tend to downward spiral when you miss a workout or two? Or can you hop back on the wagon fairly quickly and brush off the missed workouts?
Hard spiral. If I miss one workout, I tend to write off the week.
If I know I have a plan to follow, I can usually get back on track.
Miss a workout?! I would never.
