You might not adhere yet to the concept that "your" world is perfect and "the" world is perfect also.Here's the thing, your beautiful gratitude response means that your gratitude is in response to something that is positive to you, and that you have a list of what is good and what is not good that is not always flexible, or not yet, therefore making your Gratitude Attitude conditional. Be Grateful for all the tangible things around youTo integrate or reintegrate gratitude towards developing an unconditional Gratitude Attitude, the first step is integrating gratitude in a way that can overcome all the obstacles like not having a good day, or being sad and angry keeping you from being grateful for what already is. Finding gratitude in the tangible things is also a way to stop a negative momentum; and this first step opens to the second step. 2. Be grateful for the good feeling those tangible things you listed bring you Many people mix all the steps when grateful which is awesome. But when separating them while you learn how to develop a Gratitude Attitude, you are reprograming your subconscious and you are allowing yourself to understand how it is your choice and an easy one to feed negativity. To help you see that it is always a choice to feed the negativity, therefore feeding the positivity, this step allows you to mindfully focus on the positivity without triggering your ego-based thoughts. 3. Be grateful for the memories those tangible things you listed bring to you mind.As you can see, the development is work in progress and always starts from your first step, as each step is not replacing the previous one but is added to the previous one when you practice, so you can master this integration once and for all. While you allowed some emotions to come up, they might have not all been positive, and in this step you will focus only on the positive ones to be grateful for. This step helps reinforcing your awareness and power of choice. You are adding positive data to your personal database, your subconscious, and you are releasing negative associations you kept active in your mind.4. Let the magic happen.In this last step you follow the positivity trail as you will let the magic of your new mindset show you more positivity related to the previous memory but not to tangible things anymore. This is the step that opens to an unconditional Gratitude Attitude as you learn that there is positivity in everything and it is your choice to see it and believe it or not.Who am I?
