Stressful. I keep trying to fix the damn thing but it feels like it falls apart under my hands. It's taped up with sticky tape and glue.
B.
I don't need a system! Don't fence me in with your talk of systems! Live free or die!
C.
System? What system? I'm scrambling too much or too confused to have a system, I don't even know where to start.
D.
Some pieces work but the system doesn't work together as a whole. It feels disjointed. My team manages it for me — I probably have a system that works, but I don't know what it looks like.

If your business were to physically live somewhere, where would it be?
It all lives in my head (but don't ask me where). And things are growing so fast parts are falling out.
B.
In the moment. I'm flexible and just do what happens next. I have an idea, and then I do it and things just kinda work out.
C.
I have 8,000 notebooks of this stuff. I'm not sure if it's the right stuff. But it's all there. I write it down because I don't want to forget anything. But I can't see the overall picture.
D.
My business is my team. Everyone has their expertise, and I hold it all together in the middle. (Mostly.)
You are a leader because you are strong willed and do a lot without help. You attract and acknowledge those who normally don't have voices and you truly help them to grow.
Your mind is made to create. You have so many ideas that you have stacks of notebooks full of ideas. You can ideate all day, but putting those ideas into action is a challenge.
You've built the business, you have the team, you've got content for days, and you can fill a sales funnel but something isn't quite fitting together.
