Almost Clutter Free, Baby!
I am so EXCITED for you. Why? Because you have made really great progress in your life. You have a great attitude and mindset. You have cultivated some good habits and you lead an inspiring life. But there is something that feels off, maybe even heavy at times and you can't quite figure it out. On paper, you look pretty fabulous. And somedays you even feel fabulous. So what gives? This is EXACTLY where I was. Although, I don't know if I ever truly felt fabulous. On paper, people assumed I had it all figured it. Probably, didn't help that I pretended to. I pretended well. Outside looking in, I was seemingly happy, healthy, successful. And, I was, for the most part. But something felt off. I was doing. Oh boy, was I good at doing. Checking off lists. Crossing off tasks. I was in motion. I was not in purpose. I had gotten too comfortable in my life. Too much consuming not enough creating. Too much doing, not enough being. Too much ease, not enough growth. Too much busy, not enough presence. All the doing, all the hustling for the next best thing left me exhausted. I felt alone. Like no one got me. I knew something needed to change. In the stillness of my exhaust I realized that If I wanted a change – I was going to have to change. This change cured the escaping to feel better because I was better. All the over-spending, the over-running, over-consuming, over-working, over-hustling, had created massive amounts of CLUTTER. The Change that changed my life was in identifying and clearing the clutter in it. If you are tired of the ovewhelm and overworking. If you know there is something more and more doing isn't working. You are in the right place. You are deserving of this freedom. You are one step away from knowing which clutter is keeping you from that more that you seek. The clutter that is keeping you from aligning with your purpose. I have created a clutter wheel to help you identify which clutter category is affecting your JOY, your TIME, your BEST LIFE.
