Once we hit 40 to 45 years old, we start losing muscle. Every. Single. Day.And if we don’t do something to compensate for that, I’m sorry to break it to you but it’s downhill from there.Being physically active truly is your key to the fountain of youth. It is how you're going to maintain whatever it is that you’ve got now. But even better than that, moving is going to improve so many things - speed up your metabolism, build muscle, and improve your bone health. And let's not forget the beautiful skin, improved mood, better brain function, and that perfect night’s sleep which is another secret to success.And you are probably tired of dieting. Good riddance!
