Knowing is half the battle. This test is widely used by psychologists to measure the perceived stress level of certain situations in a person's life. The questions were designed to see how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded people find their lives. Higher scores indicate higher levels of perceived stress. Please understand that this is not a diagnostic tool. It's more of a check-in to help us gauge where our stress levels really are so we can do something about it.
