We live in a world very different to the one our brains evolved in. Surrounded by lights, noise, we are always contactable and your brain is overstimulated. This has shown itself in headaches, ringing in your ears, and becoming easily agitated when you don’t mean to.What we want is a sensory detox. This doesn’t have to be long, but finding a few minutes even in your day to cut off tech, be in the dark (that can be closing your eyes) and of course spending time in nature.
