Set Up Your Project Management Tool
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 for completing the quiz! I'm so happy you're on your way to better systems in your business. It looks like you would benefit from setting up your project management tool... or actually using the one you have (amiright?)My personal favorite is ClickUp* because you can use it for literally any type of project, but feel free to use whatever project management tool you prefer. Now, my friend, I want you to get started by just organizing your day-to-day tasks. Ahem, day-to-day also means weekly, monthly, etc.Don't get overwhelmed by the thought of this. I promise it will help. And there's no need to make it fancy in the beginning. I just want you to start by adding tasks as you do them, assigning them a due date, and setting them to repeat. Don't try to remember everything off the top of your head. I don't know about you, but I'd never be able to remember everything I'm supposed to do! As you work through the week, each time you do something regular and repeated, add it to the list. It's that simple! And before you know it, you'll be knocking those tasks out on time like the boss you are!
