If you’re ready to completely transform your fitness and physique in 30 minutes or less, then this program is for you! This Double Kettlebell Shred Program combines my go to-double kettlebell complexes, circuits, and flows into fast-paced, high-intensity, full-length follow-along workouts! Each workout is around 30 minutes long where I get after it right beside you from start to finish. All you have to do is press play and MOVE! How is it possible to shred with so little equipment? It works because I programmed the workouts to get progressively more intense from week-to-week with added resistance! AND, if you have an arsenal of kettlebells, you can also add progressive overload by using heavier weights if you’d like. Progressive overloading helps build muscle fast, while slaying fat. You can use this program to train 3-5 days per week, depending on your schedule. It includes 3 full-body kettlebell HIIT workouts per week, as well as 2 days per week consisting of bodyweight, mobility, and kettlebell power workouts. I ultimately launched this full follow-along program to give anyone the ability to train like I do, anywhere and anytime, with the use of just one kettlebell. Here, you’ll discover that you can get a challenging workout that’s both fun and effective with just a kettlebell and bodyweight training. This 8-week single kettlebell program is broken up into 10 workouts, scheduled out for 8 weeks. There are 4 workouts focused on muscle building and toning, 4 workouts for cardio and conditioning, and 2 workouts focused on mobility and durability. Each workout will be performed multiple times throughout the 8 weeks. I have arranged the workouts to help you train hard, but also recover strong, so that you can continue to see results throughout the whole program. This minimizes the negative adaptations of training! Some workouts are upper body focused, some lower body, and some full body. I have included some of my favorite training tactics to help vary the intensity of your workouts without having to go heavier in weight or train for longer periods of time. There is a reason for the popular claim that “kettlebells are the only piece of equipment you need.” This has less to do with the kettlebell itself and more to do with how you’re structuring your workouts and your movements. If you’re doing it right, you don’t need tons of fancy equipment at all! In fact, as long as you have weight and resistance, you can perform some of the most powerful, transformative movements the human body is capable of, like squats, deadlifts, lungs, etc … the movements that to this day are still foundational tests of strength! These movements utilize several muscle groups at once, causing massive metabolic benefits that rapidly stimulate muscle growth and fat burn like no other. This program can be performed most effectively in a full gym or box gym with access to barbells and dumbbells. However, I also provide kettlebell and bodyweight alternatives to most equipment not found at home so that you can still get after it with minimal equipment!

We will be focusing on a base level of volume to help prepare you for the rest of your fitness journey. If you have a solid background in training, great - this will help to increase lean muscle mass and help you get shredded.The initial phase of this program is designed around performing the main compound movements with lower repetition sets and creating time under tension. This is done by focusing on eccentrics and isometrics. Once this accumulation phase is finished then we proceed with a German volume training based program by performing a significantly more amount of sets and reps with a lower percentage.The program also offers two versatile variations that you can toggle between – a full scale gym version for enthusiasts who seek maximized results and a minimal equipment version for those that want to work out at the comforts of their own home.

We have designed this program to follow the big three lifts that major powerlifters compete in; squat, bench, and deadlift. We'll be starting with some medium rep sets and progresses to very low rep sets.In this program, you will also be training your force-posture curve by performing a variety of movements that can contribute to increasing your maxes. This method is sought out by many powerlifters as it allows you to strengthen every range of motion to its maximum potential.To ensure you stay healthy and don’t lose muscle mass we focus on high rep single joint movements. These ensure that your non-contractile tissues, such as your ligaments and tendons are strong and can withstand the force absorption needed to move big weight.This program will be extremely taxing and you will get very sore, but just know that after 8 weeks you will get a 2 week deload to let your body recover.The program also offers two versatile variations that you can toggle between – a full scale gym version for enthusiasts who seek maximized results and a minimal equipment version for those that want to work out at the comforts of their own home.
