Break free from the ordinary and make a list of all the things you want to accomplish in your life with T1D.2. Choose a Mission: Select a mission from your list without overthinking it. Remember, the goal is to move towards something, so you don't stay stuck. It's important to have a mission, even if it's not the "perfect" one.3.
