I’m a woman of action. And I want to make sure that your archetype isn’t just something you read about, smile to yourself because you’ve felt seen, and then forget about as soon as you close this web browser.Next steps?Build confidence your way!Firstly, you might wanna read this blog post I wrote with 8 Ways To Boost Confidence that have nothing to do with changing who you are!Secondly focus on creating a daily practice to come back to yourself e.g. meditation, mindful movement, a body scan etc.The aim of the practice is to turn the focus inward and listen to the wisdom of your own intuition and guidance. So that you can continue to shine, whilst making decisions that are in alignment with what you really want.*try this*For the next 7 days: When you first wake up in the morning, before you’ve spoken to anyone, or scrolled on social media or interacted with anybody else:Set a timer for 5 minutes (that's all it takes. I know you're super busy, which is why you don't need to wake up an hour earlier than you normally would).Sit with yourself.Do a body scan – visualise scanning your body from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes. Notice how your body is feeling – any aches, pains, sensations, emotions etc.*try not to change anything. You’re just an observer*When the 5 minutes is up, take a couple of deep breaths.Then ask yourself: what do I want today?Remember it, or write it down.I really encourage you to commit to this practice for the next 7 days. Connecting to that inner wisdom takes time. It speaks softely, and if you haven't been listening for a while, it will feel difficult at first to hear anything.Try for the next 7 mornings, and see what insights come up for you.- and that's it! You're on your way -I'm so excited for you to take your next steps, owning your awesome, and leaning on practices that support you. With awareness comes opportunity for growth, expansion and self-realisation!
