How often do you have a devotional/meditation time with God?
A.
There are too many things to do, I don't have time for that! I'll fit it in when I can.
B.
I do it most days. But some days I end up just scrolling on my phone - not a big deal though, I'll get on track tomorrow!
C.
I don't do devotional time as much as scripture reading, researching, and learning new ideas
D.
Daily - I know I need to do this in order to keep my thoughts on track

When I start to have anxious thoughts I
A.
hop on Google. I need to find out all I can about the situation and have a backup plan in place.
B.
shrug it off. Worry comes and goes but it doesn't derail me or slow me down.
C.
trace the thought back to where it started and apply rational thinking to my feelings. I've learned this from years of therapy!
D.
get busy! Sometimes cleaning the house or throwing myself into a new project can keep the intrusive thoughts at bay.

If I have a spare moment I
A.
What spare moment?! I've got projects to complete and commitments to tend to.
B.
Spare moments are boring. Stop lights, sitting in a doctor's office, or waiting on my kids are carpool are all great bits of time that I can lose myself in social media - those TikTok videos are a great escape!
C.
am looking around to make sure everything is as it should be. Bad things sneak up on you if you're not watching out!
D.
try to purposefully build in some quiet time. I know that I need to slow down my body in order to slow down my mind.

When it comes to food, exercise, and sleep I
A.
try to fit in healthy meals when possible and sometimes my exercise is just all the hustling I'm doing. Sleep is elusive, but melatonin is my friend.

like to find ideas in the latest cookbooks and research all the best exercise trends. Though I try to go to sleep, I'm often lying awake with all the scenarios running through my head.

eat whatever sounds good, exercise when I feel like, and have no bedtime routine. I just kind of roll with what life gives me.

have a meal plan, exercise schedule, and set bedtime. I know I need to follow these things for my mental wellness.

The things that cause me the most anxiety are

little things from time to time. But usually talking it out with a friend helps a lot!

everything. As soon as I wake up, the anxious thoughts start coming.

lack of control. I know that if I can just have a handle on everything then this anxiety can settle down.

the unknowns. I like to plan ahead and think though all the worst-case scenarios.
