I don't think about relationships much, but when I'm in one I have strong reactions of anxiety or avoidance.
I participate in repetitive behaviors to try and "get rid of the discomfort" or certainty like overthinking, avoidance, reassurance seeking, mental/physical checking, confessing, research, comparing, hyper-focusing, etc.
