What’s your favorite nature subject to photograph right now?
A.
I'm still figuring that out. My main focus is on getting the perfect shot, no matter what's in front of me.
B.
All of it! Landsacpes, plants, animals... if it's in nature, it's my jam. There's so much to learn right now that everything feels inspiring.
C.
Wellllll... I've been feeling a bit stuck lately. I could use a fresh perspective.
D.
Anything that comes across my path in those rare moments when I can pick up a camera. So whatever catches my eye in the moment becomes my favorite subject!

When you pick up your camera, you think:
A.
"Sure, I know what this big button does... Now what do all these other little buttons do again?"
B.
"Alright camera, let's see if you can actually capture what my eyes see this time."
C.
"Okay, camera's ready, settings perfect... Now, what on earth should I even photograph? I need some inspiration."
D.
"Hello old friend, long time no see. You really need a good dusting off, don't ya?"
4.
The idea of using manual mode makes you feel:
A.
Manual mode is scary! I'm just not ready to take that leap yet.
B.
I'm all about manual mode. I love being in full control!
C.
I try it every so often but fumble with it. I'm way more comfortable in semi-auto modes
5.
How much time per week do you spend outside making photos?
A.
Every waking moment! It's all I do when I have free time.
B.
I haven't been getting out much. I'm just not feeling it lately. My creativity is low.
C.
Zero. Not because I don't want to - I do! - but my schedule is just soooo busy.
6.
You see an inspiring scene or wildlife moment. Which frustration most commonly pops into your head?
A.
I'm excited to photograph what's in front of me, but this camera feels so complex that I'm not sure how to get the image I want.
B.
Oh, to have more time! Even when an inspiring scene unfolds before my eyes, I feel too busy to stop and put the time into thoughtfully capturing it.
C.
I've got enough of a grasp of my camera that I know I SHOULD be able to capture the moment perfectly, but my shots never look as good in the camera as they do in reality.
D.
I feel like my photos just look like anyone else's, and I'm on a quest to find my own unique creative style.
