The stage of a chrysalis represents a time of profound change, challenge and transformation.This is also known as the healing stage, as you learn to accept, forgive, and love yourself. We find ourselves in a chrysalis time of our life when we're either navigating a loss, a crisis, a transition (such as divorce, career change or another new opportunity), or when we're making a habit or behaviour change that requires us to let go of our old identity and embrace a new one.You're learning to love yourself more as well as be compassionate and kind with yourself as you wait for your new self to emerge from the darkness of the chrysalis.
