Your electrical panel is in what I call the yellow zone, or caution zone. Once a panel has passed the 20 year mark I recommended that some maintenance be done. After 30 years, the manufacture says the panel is no good any more and must be replaced. However I found electrical panels can still be good for up to 50 years as long as proper maintenace is kept up with. Based on what you have filled out so far, your panel isn't showing any external signs of immediate danger, but there could still be some underlying issues that you may like to be made aware of. At minimum I recommend a simple inspection to make sure all is well.

Oh No! Your electrical panel is in what I call the RED zone. Once a panel has passed the 40 year mark I recommended Immediate replacement. After an electrical panel is 30 years old, the manufacture says the panel is no good any more and must be replaced, and your far beyond that point. I found electrical panels can still be good for up to 50 years as long as proper maintenace is kept up with, however panels are almost never maintained properly.
