Calling all Rubber Bands!
You overthink at times, but luckily it’s not getting in the way of your daily functioning. Everyone gets stuck in their heads from time to time when dealing with stress, loss, or change. Although it's temporary, it’s still common to feel out of sorts when your life is hijacked. You mull over the details at bedtime and lose sleep, fixating on the worst case scenarios. You annoy your loved ones with constant review. But, within a few days (or hours if you’re lucky) you’re able to reset and it’s like that emotional roller-coaster never happened. It’s okay and reasonable for you to need a couple days to reset following this significant upheaval in your life. I see your struggles and your strength. You, my friend, are a rubber-band. Ultimately, you have amazing resilience. Life isn’t about never getting tripped up, especially when it’s something big and meaningful. The important thing is that you’re able to snap back and gain perspective. You've come to the right place. Check your email for more details.
