Your eating personality is... The Unconscious Eater!
Unconscious Eaters often engage in "paired eating," where they eat while doing another activity such as watching TV, working, or using their phone. This lack of awareness about their eating habits makes it difficult for them to identify their eating personality. There are several subtypes of Unconscious Eaters, including the Chaotic Unconscious Eater, the Refuse-Not Unconscious Eater, the Waste-Not Unconscious Eater, and the Emotional Unconscious Eater.Subtypes:Chaotic Unconscious Eater: Lives a busy, overscheduled life and eats whatever is available without much thought to nutrition.Refuse-Not Unconscious Eater: Eats food just because it is available, regardless of hunger.Waste-Not Unconscious Eater: Eats to get the most value for their money, often finishing others' plates.Emotional Unconscious Eater: Uses food to cope with emotions such as stress, anger, or loneliness.Unconscious Eaters tend to eat mindlessly, which can lead to overeating and weight gain. They might not remember what or how much they ate, and this lack of awareness can make it challenging to change their eating habits. This eating style often results in chronic overeating and can be a response to various external and internal cues.3 Simple Steps to Improve Your Relationship with Food 🍲1.
