In this phase, it’s about meeting yourself with compassion as you begin to process, reflect, and heal.You’ve made it through treatment. The appointments are over. You survived—and now everyone expects life to go back to normal.But here you are… trying to figure out what that “normal” even looks like now. And it’s not as simple as picking up where you left off.This is the season where things start to hit you. You finally sit still long enough to really take in everything you’ve been through. You might feel joy and gratitude… and also sadness, anger, and grief—all at once. It’s heavy. And it’s real.You’re in a season of emotional recovery—and that’s a powerful place to begin.This is your moment to slow down, tune in, and allow yourself space to process, feel, and heal—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.You might be feeling:Lingering fear, grief, or emotional numbness.Disconnected from your body or unsure who you are now.Like it’s hard to talk about what happened—or like no one really gets it.Unsure how to move forward, even though you want to.All of that is valid.
