Rain
The element you're most needing right now is: RainThis means that you may be struggling with your throat chakra and speaking your truth. You may often find yourself holding back what you want to say out of fear. Fear of how others will receive it, or fear of being perceived in a certain way. You may swallow your thoughts, opinions, and emotions, instead of letting them out. There may be a point where you do erupt and lash out from all you've been keeping inside, hurting the feelings of those around you.As you move through life this way, people may not want to be around you because they can tell how much you keep inside. It might not feel safe to be close to you, and you may have relationships to repair. The rain element is here to remind you that you NEED to be speaking your truth. Keeping it inside has become a poor habit and it's time to open your mouth.Some healing activities you can try using this element: Go for a swim and let the water hold you. Take a deep breath, go under the water, and try to scream. Notice what comes up for you as you let it out but the water threatens to suffocate you. Now come up to the surface and let out a big scream again. Notice how good it feels to not be stunted and allow your voice to be free. Learn about the relationship between water and oxygen; without sufficient oxygen, the water begins to die and become toxic. Look up hypoxia and anoxia. Practice speaking your truth by starting slow and with those you can trust. Begin with low pressured topics like interests. Work your way up to opinions, then thoughts, then feelings.
