🎨 Creative Frazzle
You're feeling the creative frazzle. This is your dominant frazzle pattern - the one your system defaults to first, but it’s not the whole picture, because all six patterns influence each other. Once you regulate this main layer, the next layer reveals itself naturally. Most people do also have a secondary pattern, and the two often work together.[I teach the full layered system inside the RE:ST Programme, where you’ll learn how each pattern builds on the next and how to work with your whole nervous system, not just one part]Your mind is consuming instead of creating. You crave inspiration... new ideas, new inputs, something to spark you, but everything feels like too much and not enough at the same time. So... You scroll for motivation. You binge podcasts and you save ideas for “later.” But your imagination feels quieter than ever. This isn’t a creativity problem, this is creative overstimulation. Your brain’s imagination network (the Default Mode Network/DMN) is overloaded with input, so instead of drifting, daydreaming, or creating… your mind stays reactive, analysing, comparing, thinking. When the nervous system is dysregulated, the brain shifts into survival mode instead of imagination mode. So, you end up mistaking consumption for creation, and “learning more” becomes a safe way to avoid the discomfort of stillness, which is the space where creativity actually lives. Over the next few days, I’ll walk you through why this pattern develops and how to gently rebuild your creative spark again.Your InvitationYou don’t need more inspiration.
