  You're an individual who wants to understand it all. You thrive in structured learning environments, and enjoy the security of being led through every step of a skills map. In my humble opinion, you would thrive in a retreat! Retreats are all inclusive. Prices rest between $1,400 and $2,000 depending on choice of rustic or ammenity accomodations. If Group Retreats don't align, the most similar offerings include our Skills Camps or our Private Education.

Private education can be scheduled on a flexible basis with Kristen and costs between $400 and $800 per day depending on if you attend alone. Just check out the "Split with a Stranger" option.If private instruction isn't your bag, we think you may also thrive in a Skills Camp or Group Retreat if you're willing to give group learning a chance.

  You want to master the specific skills that are preventing you from moving forward in your practice. The $400-$450, rustic two-day offerings in the skills camps focuses on one major skill at a time and gets it done in a group setting. Students may choose to camp with the group, or secure lodging on their own for a more private evening. If you prefer individual learning or more flexible scheduling, check out the Private Education offering at this link!

  Guided Trip

  You learn best through doing and prefer regular feedback to learn through context and osmosis. Fly fishing requires fish involved for you to feel satisfied, and you'd rather have that reward today than delay it in favor of in-depth learning. Guide trips are 8 hours and cost $500.   You want to get out and have a wonderful day on the water, but the price tag on typical guided trips is a little steep for you at the moment. That's alright! We offer split trip days so that you can access fly fishing on your budget. Simply sign up for a date and allow us to find you a parter for your date. The further out you schedule, the more likely it is that we can find you a pal!

  Community Event!

  We host all sorts of community events designed to get you out fishing with others. These are softly structured; often with casting and other lessons included, but focus on self-lead discovery and independent fishing. Come make friends, ask questions, and share time outdoors together.

  Group School

  Group schools are a single day event priced at $225 per student. They cover the important basics like casting, mending, line management, fly selection, knot tying, and hook setting trout!

  Private Education - Split with a Stranger

  Private Education will allow total focus on your specific skills needs. But did you know we can advertise your selected date to a group of peers? When you choose to split an education day, you split the costs and gain a potential new pal. What a win-win!

  Skills Camps pair a fun learning environment with an overnight camping experience. That means that during the day, you're mastering a specific fly fishing skill with peers of your experience level, and in the evening you're camping and deepening your acquaintanceships.
