With a well thought out schedule that allows you to prioritize your task, stress can be eliminated. Get consistent with your task by building a checklist to keep them at the top of your mind. Finding which task hold the most importance to you can be a start.Learning from someone who has experience is one of the best ways to grow as an individual and learn how to manage and value your time.
