I Don't Manage or Value My Time Very Well

Unfortunately, you are not managing or valuing your time at the present moment. There is work to be done!

You likely recognized areas for improvement as you progressed through the quiz and it has given you an excellent opportunity to address those areas. You may benefit from identifying your "Time Thieves" and saying "No" more often. Remember others will value your time, if you do.

When you value your time, know your goals and prioritize. You will then be able to reap the fruits of your labor. You may benefit from having an accountability partner or investing in a Life Coach who can help you to strategically set goals, help you discover the value of your time and create a work & life balance.

I Adequately Manage & Value My Time

You are in a good place, but a coach can help you move forward. The wheels fall off from time to time, especially when faced with guilt and deadlines.

Guilt makes you ignore that little voice in your head, that is reminding you that your time matters too. Unfortunately procrastination is something you know very well, but you get the work done on time, right before the deadline. This procrastination causes unnecessary stress. With a well thought out schedule that allows you to prioritize your task, stress can be eliminated.

Get consistent with your task by building a checklist to keep them at the top of your mind. Finding which task hold the most importance to you can be a start.Learning from someone who has experience is one of the best ways to grow as an individual and learn how to manage and value your time.

I Value & Manage My Time Well

Your time is filled but focused! Although you are managing your time effectively and you value your time, things occasionally get hectic for you.

There may still be some ways in which your time management could be improved. Learning how to set goals and prioritize your task can help you to become more productive.

You have a pretty good grasp on things, but that doesn't mean a little guidance from a coach won't be helpful in the future. We as humans have so much capability and there's always room to grow.
