I send them an email with a needs assessment questionnaire. Once I have their information I’ll give them a call.

Not easy. It’s like nobody knows I exist. Or if they do, they’re just ignoring me. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!

 

Somewhat easy. It takes some work and talking to people, but I can find as many clients as I need.

Where do you find most of your clients?

I connect with most clients via social media and my website! I’m also a fan of hosting open houses.

 

I use social media most of the time, and it seems to be working. Sort of. I might have also hosted a few open houses, but they haven’t brought in very many clients.

 

I stick to Facebook, cold emails, and word of mouth. I’ve successfully hosted several open houses. I haven’t dared put up my own website just yet…

I’m a part-timer. Real estate is a side hustle for me!
