1) Once you’ve got the beans — I’m talking about Mountain Mama’s blonde roast, baby — grind them up for whatever percolating technology you’ve got lying around... Where’s that Aeropress?
2) Use a slow brew method, like a pour over or french press! Light roast beans love to spend lots of time in water.
3) Slowly pour hot, hot water over the light roast. Let it steep for a while. So it has lots of time to extract all those delicious notes.
P.S. Don’t forget to ditch the extras! Our light roast is subtle and naturally sweet, and can get lost in all that cream and sugar.

Here’s How You Can Get the Most flavor From Your Espresso!
1) Ensure you have high quality beans. We recommend our Mountain Mama Espresso, of course. But our Mountain Mama After Dusk will probably suit you just fine as well!
2) Grind the beans finely... The finer they’re ground, the more powerful the taste. Make sure to measure, too. Measuring is crucial when it comes to espresso. For a double shot of espresso, you’ll want around 15 grams of coffee.
3) The ideal brewing time is between 20 and 30 seconds. Don’t overbrew or you’ll get a watery espresso shot.
P.S. Try it with frothy milk or plain by itself! You can’t go wrong with this bold and pure flavor. Drink up and seize the day!
