I think I have this pretty well covered, but it would be nice to have someone to bolster my confidence and ask questions to if needed.

Baby Ready Phase 1

Congratulations on expecting!

You are in Phase 1 of being Baby Ready.

Depending on how far you are along in your pregnancy being in phase 1 is completely normal. However, if you are 14 weeks and beyond, you have a good deal of work ahead of you.

Baby preparations are stressful and time consuming, but are important when it comes to welcoming a new baby into your life, home and heart.

The last thing you want is to have a gigantic list of to do’s in the last few weeks of your pregnancy. Did you know that an increase of stress and anxiety during pregnancy magnifies your chances of having postpartum depression by 15-20 percent?

Take a breath.

Being pregnant is such an amazing experience. Sure, it does have its ups and downs, however the one thing you need to remember is that you will never have this pregnancy back again. Embrace every moment.
Plan to take some time this week to cherish these fleeting moments of being pregnant with your little one.

You are on the right track, but you still have plenty to do before you can kick up your feet without feeling guilty.

Baby Ready Phase 2

Well done!

You are in Phase 2 of being Baby Ready and have done a great job with your baby preparations so far.

You deserve a break for all your hard work. Schedule a pedicure, or prenatal massage or just “you” time!
Make it a priority for this week to do something special for yourself and love up on that baby bump.

Even though you have made some progress, there are still things that need to be done before you can really kick up your feet without the guilt of unfinished tasks.

Feeling overwhelmed, time crunched or having a hard time trying to figure out what to do next?

Meeting with one of our consultants either in home or by phone will save you time, and give you peace of mind to get to that bonding and relaxation stage that you crave with your baby.

Baby Ready Phase 3

Congrats!

You are in Phase 3 of being Baby Ready and should be proud of yourself that you committed to make your baby preparations a priority.

Taking the necessary steps to care for yourself mentally and physically not only benefits you before, during, and after the labor process, but it also is amazing for your growing baby.

With everything that you have accomplished so far to this point, you should be able to put your feet up at the end of the day and hug your beautiful baby bump. You should feel confident knowing that when he or she decides to arrive, you are ready to greet them with open arms.

You might still feel like you have a few items that are still left to be tended to, and that is ok. Keep your head up, and keep going!
