YOU NEED 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP
Because of your low activity in after school activity or outside extracurricular, you are not using as much energy. With your school work, it is important but after school school sports take up a lot more energy. Due to the low energy used during the day, you will not need much sleep because you need less energy.
YOU NEED 8-9 HOURS OF SLEEP
You are a normal teenager with a good amount of extra-curriculars. Because they are not strenuous activities, you do not need that much energy and need the average amount. You should go to sleep every night at the same time to begin a schedule but a little room to change will not hurt.
YOU NEED 9-10 HOURS OF SLEEP
You are above and beyond the normal teenager because of how much you do. You need a lot of sleep to have more energy in the day and to do your after school activities. Try to have a regular schedule because your body will function more smoothly during school hours and after during practices or games.
