Putting yourself at the bottom of the list..
From your answers it doesn't seem like you putting yourself low down on list of priorities in your life. Its understandable, we all have busy lives with partners, children, pets, households, finances, jobs to contend with. But if you don't put your needs first sometimes and practice self-care it will affect both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Remember self-care isn't really about bubble baths and getting your nails done, its about looking after ourselves, drinking enough water, sleeping well, having some "me" time.
