In 2010 my health started to warn me of problems to come if I didn’t make big changes. Like many people I tried to ignore the signs and my quality of life declined. I had a defining moment, I heard my inner voice groan a primordial call for help to guides I wasn’t even sure were real. I had a diagnosis of multiple autoimmune conditions and I innately knew I wouldn’t find deep soul-level healing if I relied solely on mainstream allopathic modalities. Thus began my obsessive gathering of ancient wisdom. I was led down an ethereal yellow brick road where the answers flowed compassionately to me as I methodically gained strength and developed daily mindfulness rituals. It’s my dream to nurture the souls whose paths serendipitously cross mine, so you can continue building a life of resilience and happiness.Whether it’s one-to-one intuitive oil readings to see what you need, bodywork treatments or group programs, I look forward to working with you!Let’s stay in touch…!“Divine Essentials”, YouTube Channel. Our channel is packed with guided meditations, science about herbs and essential oils, and tools to keep your practice fresh and exciting.Join the supportive community of other healing pilgrims atDivine Essentials private Facebook Group.Jose’s ground breaking work with plant medicine has been featured in major publications and podcasts: Oprah Magazine, Essential Oil Magazine, and a guest on Cathy Walker’s Earth Walker podcast. Now that you've got some insight into which oils would best support your journey, check your inbox for our weekly specials.I'll be sharing endless tips, tricks and updates in bite-sized servings.“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.” –SemisonicNamaste my friend, Jose
