Your nervous system is telling you to try essential oil blends made with Eucalyptus Radiata, Lavender, Valerian, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Vetiver and Blue Spruce.

Your nerves are rattling and it’s got you feeling off kilter! Life can be crazy like a wild roller coaster ride. All that bombarding of stressful information can lead your mind to be hyper vigilant, which often has you subconsciously waiting for the other shoe to drop… survival mode!

🧠

Living in survival mode actually causes your brain to limit creative problem solving and rewire neural pathways. Like a deer in the headlights, you just can’t seem to focus on the things you need to.

Your symptoms are begging you to slow down, turn inward for answers, and schedule in some self-care before your health takes a turn for the worst. Essential oils are a great place to start.

The nervous system is your body’s communication channel and when there’s a block in the energy flow it can turn into health catastrophes. You may have trauma in your past and energy can get stuck and manifest into dis-ease if you ignore it. You’re not alone if all this resonates, you’ve been expecting your body to be robotic and have not listened to it’s tiny calls until they get out of control and scream at you.

You’ve been sensing your body’s signals and you have a hunch it’s time to try something different, to turn to nature for healing instead of blindly popping another pill.

Essential oil kits and blends to support you and your family

It’s easy to build an at-home essential oil first aid kit.

Start with tried and true plant allies that have been used for thousands of years to treat common ailments and bring you back into alignment. Cave paintings in the Lascaux region of France suggest the use of medicinal plants in everyday life that have been carbon dated as far back as 18,000 B.C.E. You owe it to yourself to at least investigate, right!?

Here’s a few more to add to your collection:

Peppermint - A versatile powerhouse of healing used for headaches, digestive issues, muscle pain, inflammation, and breathing problems. Peppermint is also energizing and cooling for those days you’re feeling sluggish and stuck. Combining with caraway, peppermint or menthol can ease indigestion.

Arnica - Arnica flower is one of the most popular herbal remedies for bruising. It’s shown to speed healing, and quickly reduce bruise size. Arnica is also pain-relieving. Derived from the arnica flower of the sunflower family, it helps to reduce inflammatory pain when applied topically. Typically used for pain and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls, muscle aches, and even arthritis, since it helps to boost circulation and speed up the healing process.

Clove - Clove oil is a must have in your first aid kit because of it’s effective numbing and pain relieving properties for toothaches and muscle aches. It’s antimicrobial, antibacterial and used effectively to clean and disinfect. Plant oils are amazing for revitalizing the body’s energy field and can support manifesting, grounding, and intention setting.

Three steps to amplify your meditation and intention setting with essential oils...

Step 1: Make a sacred space to meditate with essential oils.

Sometimes the simplest concepts are the most complicated to apply, especially if you approach it with the same habits that got you out of alignment.

Your body and mind are a team that are always working on your behalf but they need YOU to learn how to listen to their messages. If left to childhood conditioning and stress responses you could be blindly manifesting more of what you don’t want.

Create a safe and quiet place to return to every day…

Healing is a process and a practice.

Make an altar or dedicated space with sacred talismans of intention like crystals, burn bundles, rocks and a diffuser. Diffuse a few oils specific to the healing you are requesting from the Universe. You can also make essential oil rollers, compresses and blends to keep at your altar. Just start and before you know it you will have a unique set of healing allies at your fingertips.

Breathe in the oils you’ve chosen for your specific desires and intentions and breathe out all past ideas you’re letting go of.

2. Sit with yourself for at least ten minutes a day.

In the beginning, sitting in absolute presence can feel uncomfortable.

Let’s face it, you’ve been silencing your wisdom and running hard toward success for a while so you sort of forget how to come back to your center.

I promise, if you make it a practice, mindfulness supported by plant wisdom is life changing!

Breath, called prana in Sanskrit, is life.

Breath is vibrations set to the rhythm of the Universe. When you breathe deeply and intentionally every day you experience alignment with your divine power.

Breathwork meditation, partnered with sacred plant oils, has been shown to accelerate the healing benefits of both. Learn more about how to combine Somatic Breathwork with essential oils.

3. Oils to go…

There are lots of simple ways to keep your essential oils with you when you travel or run errands. Making sure you employ them consistently will help you move forward with your health goals and intentions. Mixing essential oils with a carrier oil and storing them in travel containers is a great way to keep them with you on the go.

Roller blends: grab some empty amber glass rollers from our website. It’s really fun to make up your own blends or choose from hundreds of recipes under the ‘DIY Blends’ tab.

Soak cotton pads with your favorite blend of fragrant oils, mixed into sweet almond oil, and then put into an airtight container.

Get soft baby washcloths and soak them in a mixture of witch hazel and your essential oil blend. Next, put them in a ziplock baggy. When you’re ready to freshen up just run the baggy under hot water to warm it up and voila, you have a warm soothing facecloth.

Great for long plane or car rides!

Hey there, Pilgrim

I’m Jose Ramirez and it’s been my mission to serve and lead the world to oneness with mother Gaia, the Earth, our perfect home for almost 12 years.

I haven’t always listened to my inner wisdom or slowed down enough to honor my body’s calls. In 2010 my health started to warn me of problems to come if I didn’t make big changes. Like many people I tried to ignore the signs and my quality of life declined. I had a defining moment, I heard my inner voice groan a primordial call for help to guides I wasn’t even sure were real. I had a diagnosis of multiple autoimmune conditions and I innately knew I wouldn’t find deep soul-level healing if I relied solely on mainstream allopathic modalities. Thus began my obsessive gathering of ancient wisdom. I was led down an ethereal yellow brick road where the answers flowed compassionately to me as I methodically gained strength and developed daily mindfulness rituals.

It’s my dream to nurture the souls whose paths serendipitously cross mine, so you can continue building a life of resilience and happiness.

Whether it’s one-to-one intuitive oil readings to see what you need, bodywork treatments or group programs, I look forward to working with you!

Namaste my friend, Jose

Your tummy is telling you to try essential oil blends made with Ginger, Peppermint, Chamomile, and Cumin.

Sorry to hear you’ve been at odds with your digestive system. Battling the bloat, and scanning for the facilities wherever you go is no fun! Worse yet is when symptoms keep you from living your best life and going on adventures.

You’re not someone who gives up on yourself! You have a sense it’s time to turn to nature for answers rather than taking another pill and focusing on symptoms.

I see you, friend, You want to get to the bottom of it! (pun intended)

🧠

Energetically, your gut is telling you that there’s a body-mind disconnect. The vagus nerve is a superhighway that connects your gut and brain sending signals in both directions. Problems in the gut begin in the mind and vice versa which is why we now know that mental health and gut health are intertwined.

You are a whole, majestic being and it’s your birthright to feel fantastic.

Believe it or not, illness is a gift. It’s a megaphone telling you that you need to find the root cause and not just keep treating symptoms.

I know, you’ve been through so much it might feel like freedom from tummy grief isn’t even possible anymore. I assure you it is! With some radical self-care miracles can transpire.

Partner with nature’s abundance to learn what your body is asking for.

Trust your inner voice and higher wisdom.

The oils will tap into your body’s wisdom and guide your intuition

If you’re living in survival mode your brain’s creative problem solving is temporarily sub-par. Like a deer in the headlights, you just can’t seem to focus on the things you need to and your vision gets smaller and narrower.

Your symptoms are begging you to slow down, turn inward for answers and schedule in some self-care before your health takes a turn for the worst.

Here’s a few more to add to your collection.

Clove oil is an element in thieves blends, named for their use during the bubonic plague in the 1400’s by a group of thieves that mysteriously didn’t contract the disease despite prowling around and stealing from the dead.

“The human body is sustained by the same prana that nourishes the universe.”
