The most important thing when starting a new routine is to make sure it works for you, you're doing what you love and it suits your lifestyle. This might take some time to figure out, so try different things to see what works. You might find a different routine for each season works best, or exercising three times a week instead of three days consecutively gets better results. Not sure where to start?
