    Egocentric personalities are all about number one. These individuals can be charming and outgoing, but inevitably the real neurotic will emerge. This person is often jumpy, anxious, and panicky. Neurotics worry obsessively. Getting scared or upset happens to this personality type all the time. He or she always has a crisis to avert. You can recognize these personalities because they are the ones who seem like they are always falling apart. People low on this type are even-keeled, passive people who do not let things bother them. He or she is comfortable with life and takes things as they go.

    Outgoing refers to how much of an extrovert or introvert you are. People high on this scale are outgoing, charismatic, and love to be in the limelight. An extrovert personality type accepts other's opinions and considers many views along with his or her own. Introvert personalities are often closed off and reclusive. These people tend to stay home instead of shopping, partying, and mingling. This personality type does not like when things change and prefer a certain order at home, work, and school. This person is very logical preferring to avoid creativity and imagination.

    Diligent people are generally the obsessive personality type preferring order and organization above all. These personalities like living in a clean, neat environment. Preparation, lists, set-up times, and early arrivals are common for the conscientious person. These individuals are the ones likely to enjoy planning routes for trips, vacation itineraries, and filing taxes. Organization satisfies people who are highly conscientious, so the homes and offices where they work are usually tidy and well-stocked. People low on the conscientious scale hate order and prefer to make a mess they will clean up later.

    Creativity
    Creative refers to creative versus classic personality styles. A highly open person likes to dream and create new things. Traveling, learning, and sampling new foods is nothing new for this personality type. An open person seeks innovation and artistic venues. He or she is drawn to new experiences and broadening his or her horizons. Someone with low openness is closed off to everyone. He or she has a one-track mind and is not very flexible when it comes to listening to other's ideas and comments. This person is likely to believe in things he or she can see only.

    Empathy
    Empathetic personalities are thoughtful, emphatic people who genuinely care for others. Agreeable people are the peacekeepers. These personality types seek out humanitarian projects and jobs working with the public. Making others happy is the life goal of agreeable personalities. These individuals feel what other people feel, and these emotions motivate the agreeable personality to step in and find a solution that makes everyone happy. People low on this scale often disassociate when the drama begins. These types tend to berate those around them. They can tend to try to manipulate others in an attempt to make themselves feel better about themselves.
