So create a list of easy-to-do activities that make you happy. Then, once a day, take a happiness break to give yourself a boost!

Here are some happiness break suggestions for ya':

● Put on your favorite music and have a mini dance party!

● Think of ten things you're grateful for. Bet you can't help but smile by # 10!

● Read a book for 10-15 minutes. Guilty pleasure reading recommended!

As you cultivate happiness, even in small doses, your aura shines brighter. This practice also reduces anxiety and is an incredible de-stresser. Especially if you find it hard to take time for yourself.

Use this visualization to strengthen your aura before you interact with others:

In a quiet space, find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes... Imagine a rainbow bubble around you. This is a bubble of love, peace, and joy. See this bubble shimmering and shining.

Feel the natural joy that always exists in your heart.
