Listen to musicIf you’ve ever hit the gym, you know how powerful playing the right tunes during your workout can be. Drink plenty of waterMaybe you’ve heard this tip a hundred times… But just in-case you routinely forget your water bottle at home, I’m going to tell you one more time. Keeping hydrated while exercising is 100% necessary. Why? You might ask. When you workout, you lose 2-6% of your body’s water content, which is a recipe for dehydration.
